Following Government advice in response to COVID – 19, as of 23rd March 2020, whilst we are currently remaining open for our own essential repair and maintenance of our current stock vehicles and customers cars, we are operating in a sales capacity by delivery only. We realise this is a challenging time for all of us so we have introduced the following measures to assist customers with their purchase and ensure all of our safety.
1. Extended call handling times. We will answer all calls whenever possible between 9.00 am and 10pm. Outside these hours please leave a voicemail, text or send an email and we will aim to reply at our earliest opportunity.
2. In addition to a full description and a minimum of 25 photos on every car we sell as standard, we are now offering to send personalised videos to customers following an initial telephone contact and in advance of any home delivery at all times.
3. Please note, home delivery is subject to a fair delivery charges dependent on distance and vehicle weight. Firth further details and price quotations please contact us directly.
4. Whilst we can currently provide car finance quotes, submit applications, and give confirmation of acceptance over the phone during our extended contact centre hours, we are also in the process of facilitating this process online which we anticipate will be made available to all by mid-April 2020.
5. Part exchange valuations. Part ex valuations and best guaranteed prices are also available without having to visit our site subject only to telephone consultation between us.
